What we do not treat
Our scope of practice focuses on musculoskeletal conditions where chiropractic care has demonstrated effectiveness. We do not treat:
- Medical conditions in babies and children such as bedwetting, middle-ear infections, or autism

- Spinal pain due to cancer, infection, gallstones, or other underlying medical conditions
For these and similar conditions, we recommend consultation with your GP for appropriate medical management or specialist referral.
Rebates
Medicare
Medicare pays for up to 5 chiropractic visits per year when referred by your GP under a care plan (GPCCM plan). We bulk-bill Medicare for these visits, so there is no out of pocket to you. But please bring this care plan, signed by your GP, to your first visit.
Private health insurance
Covered under "extras" cover. We have a HICAPS facility so your claim is processed on the spot; the gap can be paid by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
Veterans' Affairs
DVA patients are covered and need a medical referral.
